PLEASE NOTE:

As the majority of our products are cutom made, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery of express orders and 7-10 days for regular post.

If you have selected the pick-up option, this may also take 2-3 business days and we will text you as soon as your item is ready for collection.

Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows:

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: orders@arstamps.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Action Rubber Stamps. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described(*), we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 10 days of the invoice issue date (unless we have been notified that the item was not received within the 10 day delivery period).

Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

*Where text or layout errors occur on the stamping rubber due to incorrect input by the customer, we can provide a new stamping rubber for the item at additional cost, however, NO refund will be issued. Where text or layout errors occur on the stamping rubber, through no fault of the customer, we will provide a new stamping rubber and fitting instructions at no charge.

“Change of mind” is not accepted as a reason to return an item due to the customised nature of our products.

Returns Process

First, please call (03) 9725 7411 to determine if the item needs to be returned, or can be fixed with the delivery of a new stamping rubber and fitting instructions.

      • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

      • Your name and address

      • The reason you are returning the item

      • Whether you would like a refund or exchange.
